MISSION STATEMENT:
The purpose of this association is as follows:
To lawfully promote the general business welfare of all persons, firms or corporations engaged in the business of distributing, marketing or selling tobacco, candy and related products at wholesale.
It is the intent of the by-laws that all activities of the Kentucky Tobacco and Candy Association Incorporated will conform to local, state and federal laws and regulations, including all federal anti-trust laws, and such laws in individual states. No member or group of members shall be authorized to conduct a meeting in the name of this association without prior approval by the President or the Board of Directors. No member shall in the name of the association, take any action that will in any way constrain or restrict fair competition within our system of competitive free enterprise. This association shall in no way attempt activities that will be detrimental to the public welfare.
